Salary Details for AAI Junior Executive ATC Recruitment 2025

Pay Scale:

• The selected candidates will be offered a salary under IDA Pay Scale – ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 Grade).
• Initial Basic Pay: ₹40,000 per month.
• Other Allowances include: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), 35% Perks, Medical Benefits, CPF, Gratuity, and Social Security Schemes as per AAI rules.

Selection Process for AAI Junior Executive ATC Recruitment 2025

• 1. Computer Based Test (CBT): All eligible candidates will appear for an online exam. There is no negative marking. The syllabus will be made available on the official website.
• 2. Voice Test: Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be tested for their voice clarity and communication skills, which is a key requirement for the ATC role.
• 3. Psychoactive Substances Test: Candidates will be screened for substances like Amphetamines, Cannabis (THC), Opiates, Cocaine, etc. Non-negative results will lead to disqualification.
