Flying Branch (With Valid DGCA CPL): Upper age limit relaxable up to 26 years

Salary Details for AFCAT 01/2026 Recruitment

Pay Scale:

Selected candidates join as Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officers in the Indian Air Force.
Pay Level: Level 10 of the 7th CPC.
Basic Pay: ₹56,100 per month (after training).

Training Stipend:

Stipend during training: ₹56,100 per month.

Selection Process for AFCAT 01/2026

1. AFCAT Written Examination – Online exam of 300 marks with objective-type questions.
2. AFSB Interview (Air Force Selection Board) – Includes Stage-I (Screening) and Stage-II (Psychology, Group Tests & Interview).
