Educational Qualification for SBI PO 2024 Exam (As on 30-04-2025)
- Required Degree: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Final Year Students: Candidates in the final year/semester of their graduation may apply provisionally. They must produce proof of passing the graduation examination on or before 30-04-2025.
- Other Qualifications Accepted: Integrated Dual Degree (IDD), Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, or Cost Accountant qualifications are also eligible.

- The date of passing eligibility examination should be as mentioned on the mark sheet or provisional certificate.
- If CGPA/OGPA is awarded, conversion to percentage is required. Candidates must provide proof of the conversion norms at the time of the interview.
Selection Process for SBI PO Vacancy 2024
The selection process consists of three phases. Candidates must qualify each phase to proceed to the next stage:
Phase I: Preliminary Examination
- Online objective test with three sections: English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning.
- Total Marks: 100; Duration: 1 hour. Qualifying in nature.
Phase II: Main Examination
- Objective Test: Four sections, 200 marks, 3 hours.
- Descriptive Test: Letter Writing and Essay, 50 marks, 30 minutes.
- Marks from this phase are considered for the final merit list.
Phase III: Final Selection
- Includes Psychometric Test, Group Exercise (20 marks), and Personal Interview (30 marks).
- Final merit list is based on Main Examination and Phase III scores.

- Prelims marks are not counted in the final selection.
