Exam Pattern for Indian Navy INET 2025 (Stage I & II)

Stage I – INET (Online Exam):

MR: 50 Questions (Science, Maths, General Awareness), 30 minutes
SSR: 100 Questions (English, Science, Maths, General Awareness), 60 minutes
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer

Stage II – Written Exam:

Only for those who qualify PFT

Physical Fitness Test (PFT) Standards

Male: 1.6 km run in 6 min 30 sec, 20 squats, 15 push-ups, 15 bent knee sit-ups
Female: 1.6 km run in 8 min, 15 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 bent knee sit-ups
PFT is qualifying in nature and done at candidate’s own risk
