Superintendent
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.

Salary Details
Superintendent
- Pay Scale: Level-6 in the Pay Matrix (₹35,400 - ₹1,12,400 per month).

Junior Assistant
- Pay Scale: Level-2 in the Pay Matrix (₹19,900 - ₹63,200 per month).

Selection Process
Superintendent-
- Step 1: Tier-1 Examination
- Objective (MCQ) type, OMR-based examination.
- Subjects include Current Affairs, General Awareness, Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Hindi & English Language, and Computer Proficiency.
- Marks scored in Tier-1 will determine shortlisting for Tier-2 (1:10 ratio).
- Step 2: Tier-2 Examination
- Objective and Descriptive type, OMR-based examination.
- Subjects include Current Affairs, Indian History, Geography, Science, and Public Administration.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for the Skill Test based on Tier-2 performance (1:5 ratio).
- Step 3: Skill Test
- Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi (qualifying in nature).
- Final Selection: Based on combined performance in Tier-1 and Tier-2, subject to qualification in Skill Test and document verification.
Junior Assistant-
- Step 1: Tier-1 Examination

- Subjects include General Knowledge, Reasoning, Hindi & English Language, Basic Computer Knowledge, and School Education Awareness.
- Marks scored in Tier-1 will determine shortlisting for the Skill Test (1:5 ratio).

- Duration: 3 hours
- Tier-2: Objective and Descriptive Examination.
