Mode of Selection

• The merit list will be based on the percentage of the prescribed educational qualification. Candidates must submit a certificate for CGPA/CPI conversion at the time of reporting.
  
  
• Candidates from the merit list will be called for Document Verification.
  
  
• Only after successful Document Verification and Contract Approval will candidates be appointed as Apprentice Trainees. Candidates must join on the contract approval date; failure to do so may cancel their candidature.
  
  
• If marks are equal, candidates with higher qualifications or more marks in the previous qualification will be ranked higher in the merit list.
  
  

Stipend Per Month - RCF Apprentice Posts 2024

• Technician (Vocational) Apprentice or Vocational Certificate Holder: ₹7,000 per month
  
  
• Technician Apprentice (Diploma Holder) or Sandwich Course Students: ₹8,000 per month
  
  
• Graduate Apprentice (Degree Holder) in Any Stream: ₹9,000 per month
  
  
• General Stipend Guidelines: Stipend is as per the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship notification dated 25.09.2019. No additional benefits or allowances will be provided.
  
  
• Medical Facilities: OPD services will be available in RCF Hospital for trainees only.
  
  
• Transportation: No assistance will be provided by Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited.
  
  

Posting of Training

• Apprentices will undergo training at Trombay, Mumbai, or Thal, Raigad District, based on the company’s requirements.
  
  
• Candidates must select their preferred location (Trombay or Thal) in the dropdown menu labeled “Posting At.” Once chosen, the option cannot be modified, and the candidate will be posted according to the allocated quota.
  
  
• Note: Candidates should be aware that postings at any stage are strictly non-transferable.
