Eligibility Criteria for Various Subjects
- For Hindi, English, Mathematics, Sanskrit, Urdu & Punjabi Subjects: Graduate or equivalent with the concerned subject as an Optional Subject, and a Degree or Diploma in Education.
- For Science Subject: Graduate or equivalent examination with at least two of the following subjects as Optional Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry, along with a Degree or Diploma in Education recognized by a relevant authority.
- For Social Science Subject: Graduate or equivalent examination with at least two of the following subjects as Optional Subjects: History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration, or Philosophy, and a Degree or Diploma in Education.
- Additional Requirements: Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

Exam Overview:
The competitive examination will consist of 500 marks and will be divided into two papers.

Paper-I (200 Marks):
- Maximum Marks: 200
- Duration: 2 hours
- Number of Questions: 100 (Objective Type, Multiple Choice)
- Syllabus:
- Geographical, Historical, Cultural, and General Knowledge of Rajasthan
- Current Affairs of Rajasthan
- General Knowledge of the World and India
- Educational Psychology
- Negative Marking: For every wrong answer, one-third (1/3) of the marks prescribed for that question will be deducted.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% (Relaxation of 5% for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes).

- Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
- Number of Questions: 150 (Objective Type, Multiple Choice)
- Syllabus:
- Knowledge of graduation-level subject matter relevant to the concerned subject.
- Knowledge of senior secondary-level subject matter relevant to the concerned subject.
- Teaching methods of the relevant subject.
- Negative Marking: For every wrong answer, one-third (1/3) of the marks prescribed for that question will be deducted.
